MinorinMD Lifestyle Consultation Services is not a medical service and is not an emergency service. MinorinMD Lifestyle Consultation Services is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to misuse of information provided during sessions. Any information discussed during sessions are to be reviewed with your primary provider to determine of recommendations are appropriate for you to avoid and/or minimize any adverse events. Fees paid for consultation services are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a late fee of at least $20 USD- remaining funds will be refunded.
