Service Description

An evaluation with Dr. Fleuristal to discuss your unique health goals and needs in a safe environment. Services offered through MinorinMD Lifestyle Medicine Clinic are meant to be an adjunct to the care received by your primary care doctor to assist you along your journey of health and wellness. It is not a replacement for receiving routine care from your doctor and/or specialists. We look forward to working with you along your health journey. Time: 1 hour Evaluation Description: Up to three sessions lasting 1-hour to gain a better understanding of your health needs and your future health goals.
