Sometimes, it is tempting to want to make drastic changes to certain aspects of our lives in order achieve a particular goal. While there may be a few habits, patterns, relationships, etc. we do need to let go of cold turkey, most things in life do not work that way.
Progress towards a goal takes time, and often times slow and steady changes lead to life changing results.
So, if you are tempted to make a drastic change to your life whether it is in what you eat, how you move your body, or a certain new habit you want to practice remember it is okay to take it slow and steady. Show yourself grab, be patient even as you work hard, appreciate where you are and your progress thus far, and know that everything will work out and fall into place as it should in time.





One step at a time as long as you keep moving forward. Even if you fail, just get up and keep on pressing on.
Yes! Even a slow implementation, such as one change at a time can have more lasting results than overwhelming yourself at one time.
