Do you have an idea of where you are headed? Sometimes on my health journey, it is helpful to imagine where I see myself in 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, etc so I have a focused target. I can set goals that will take me to my goals little by little.
Imagine what the healthiest version of your self looks like. What are you doing on a consistent basis mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically, financially, career-wise…? How long will it realistically take for you to get there? And what tools will you need to get there?
Once you have created that dream, you can take steps towards making that dream a reality taking pulse points to assess your own progress.
