Shooting Hoops

Today, I went to the park. It was my usual go to on a Sundays when I am off. I usually aim to get in a good hour or so and destroy over 700 calories. Since it has been a while, I decided to take it slow and shoot some hoops- and I am not too bad if I might add.
What did that teach me? The journey will not look perfect, but making an intentional effort each day to care for my health is always a step in the right direction no matter how small.
